Nut Sizes
The Janon Multi Nutcracker accomodates all Macadamia nut sizes from 14 mm up to 40 mm
Note
Cracking of Macadamias, requires the provision of Nut in Shell (NIS) sizing devices to be installed. It is essential to obtain accurate nut sizing prior to cracking as the increase in yield of whole kernel, is directly dependant on the accuracy of sizing. The sizers can be installed in-line, with NIS being directed to the correctly set Nutcracker.
